The Westergasfabriek bv rents out buildings, such as the Gashouder and the Transformatorhuis, and offers ample space for events such as exhibitions, conferences, weddings, workshops, dinners, festivals and fashion shows. Permanent clients include Awakenings, Manuscripta, the Affordable Art Fair and the Holland Festival.

The Westergasfabriek BV is a small organisation with a lot of clout and an enormous network. A driven staff, a robust ICT environment and a healthy interest in new technology and media all ensure that TOT feels right at home here.

TOT for the Westergasfabriek

TOT has worked for the Westergasfabriek since 2008, supplying application management for the events scheduling system, Artifax Event ,and the ticket sales program Z-Tickets, as well as creating management information, advising on new media, providing training and coordinating web projects.

A (private) online agenda was launched in 2009, a web application which helped all the tenants on the property share their activities, either manually or automated, with each other and with the district, police and fire services. The public events in this agenda are automatically posted to the agenda on the Westergasfabriek site.
